The Power of the Eucharist and Marian Consecration OLMC Sept. 14 Presentation by Marian Speaker Ric Saludo

The Power of the Eucharist and Marian Consecration
OLMC Sept. 14 Presentation by Marian Speaker Ric Saludo
RICARDO LIRAG SALUDO has been a lector-commentator for more than two decades, starting in Hong Kong in the 1990s, and continuing in the Archdiocese of Manila since 2001. He has enriched his knowledge through seminars at the Loyola School of Theology, one of Asia’s leading Catholic institutions, and Scripture studies with Catholic Distance University in West Virginia.
His Fatima learning comes from intensive research by a group of Catholic scholar-speakers with voluminous expert material on Fatima and other Marian apparitions, Marian devotions and apologetics, Marian and other Catholic prophecies, and the historical and global impact of Marian consecration.
Ric has presented to a wide range of groups, from prayer meetings and university classes, to parish assemblies, a Marian conference, and broadcast programs. He also writes on Fatima and other religious topics in his Sunday column Faith Healer in The Manila Times (http://www.manilatimes.net/author/ricardo-saludo/).
For his Fatima writing and speaking, Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle named him as one of two delegates of the Archdiocese to the National Marian Retreat on the Centennial of the Apparitions at Fatima, on July 4-6, 2017, featuring Fatima scholar Professor Americo Ortiz and Marian Missionaries of the Divine Mercy priest-preacher Fr. Michael Gaitley.
Besides his preaching and writing, Ric is executive vice-president of Bahay ng Diyos Foundation, which works with the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines for the repair, rebuilding and construction of churches in the country, with more than 70 places of worship assisted since its founding in 2006.

Invocation of the Holy Spirit

Come, Holy Ghost, Creator blest, and in our souls take up Thy rest;
come with Thy grace and heavenly aid to fill the hearts which Thou hast made.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament

Opening Prayer

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
O most worthy Queen of the world, make haste to help me. From the hands of the enemy mightily defend me.

O God, who didst adorn the Order of Carmel with the singular title of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, thy Mother, grant we beseech that we who celebrate today the commemoration of the Blessed Virgin of Mount Carmel, may, by the power of her intercession, deserve to attain eternal happiness; who livest and reignest world without end. Amen.

Novena Prayer

Most blessed and Immaculate Virgin, ornament and splendor of Mount Carmel, thou who regardest with particular goodness those who wear thy scapular, benignly look upon me also, and cover me with the mantle of thy maternal protection. Fortify my weakness with thy strength, illuminate the darkness of my mind with thy wisdom, increase Faith, Hope and Charity within me, adorn my soul with such graces and virtues that it may be always precious to thee and thy Divine Son; assist me in life, console me at the hour of death with thy most loving presence and present me to the most august Trinity as thy son and devout servant, to eternally praise and bless thee in heaven. Amen.

Pray the Hail Mary Three Times
Hail Mary, full of grace; The Lord is with thee; Blessed art thou amongst women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Pray the Glory Be Once
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

200 days indulgence, once a day

Memorare

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
Indulgence of 300 days each time

Our Lady of Mount Carmel, pray for us - Three Times

Sequence Hymn - Flos Carmeli

FLOWER of Carmel, Tall vine blossom laden;
Splendor of heaven, Childbearing Maiden.
None equals thee! None equals thee!
O Mother benign Who no man didst know,
On Carmel's children Thy favors bestow.
O Mother dearest, Thy favors bestow.
